As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect and felt nervous beginning the process. From start to finish, Kati made the process so easy. Kati always responded quickly to our dozens of questions and never made us feel silly for asking them. Within 48 hours of knowing Kati, we knew we could fully trust her to act in our best interest and provide us with the best outcome possible. From seeing our home for the first time to closing, the entire process only took 35 days. Keep in mind, we were out of the country for 18 of those days. Kati kept the process on track the entire time and always provided us timely updates. My husband and I can't thank Kati enough, and if we ever buy/sell again, she will be our very first call!

But Kati sold it in 30 days! I really was surprised at this! And she made all the paper work smooth as silk! So yeah any real estate agnecy would be lucky to have her!
